Dear valued customers, staff and business partners of IBC Auto
As 2020 draws to a close, I would like to take a moment to personally thank you for the support you have given to me and my team during an extraordinarily challenging year.
With Covid-19 hitting everyone in the world from April to October we were not excluded and our sales hitting rock bottom due to most markets locking down, vessels being cancelled and forced quarantine in many of our export markets. We have however navigated our way through these challenges quickly thanks to the goodwill and belief of our customers, staff, vendors and business partners and we end the year even stronger than what we were pre-Covid levels.
This is only due to a lot of hard work and a massive effort by my committed team who have continuously strived to provide you with quality cars whilst improving our customer service at every level. This is where IBC Auto has a proud history and experience spanning over the last 30 years and it did help us to go through this year’s challenges faster.
2020 has been a year to test our resilience, our mana and although it has not been a smooth sailing, I am proud of my teams efforts and despite all odds there is a lot to be excited about in the year to come.
We now sit poised ready to enter the new year with a greater commitment to lead the industry with integrity, honesty and modern technology innovation. IBC Auto’s strength has always been its technical services and ability to accurately appraise, photograph, parts, repairs and accessorizing your vehicles prior to shipment.
In our endless endeavor for 100% customer satisfaction, 2021 will see a lot of improvements by IBC Auto to these processes to ensure enhanced workflow efficiencies allowing us to improve our services at reduced costs for customers’ benefits.
Thank you again for all of your support and renewed commitments to work with me and my team. Allow me to quote my native proverb to end my note:
Ma te werawera o tou mata e kai ai koe i te haunga ahi o te kai.
“Only through hard work will one ever truly know the taste of delicious cooked food.”
